❓Q1:  How do I sell?
🅰️A1:  After creating your Pop-Up Store, share your store link every day during our four day sale by email, text, and social media. Ask family and friends to share your link too. Toggle your store’s availability on doublegood.com/popup to reach our network of popcorn lovers!

❓Q2:  What sales tips do you have?
🅰️A2:  Share your store link several times a day, all four days of the sale. Tag and mention your supporters! When you share on social media, tagging potential supporters in the message helps you reach more people. Try to tag at least 3 people on every share.

❓Q3:  Who pays for shipping?
🅰️A3:  When purchasing from a Pop-Up Store, supporters pay for shipping.

❓Q4:  How much does shipping cost?
🅰️A4:  Shipping fees start at $5.45 and increase depending on the number of items purchased, with a maximum fee of $13.95 for the contiguous United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, there is a shipping surcharge of $10.05 applied to all shipments.

❓Q5:  Where do you ship?
🅰️A5:  We pop, pack and ship all Pop-Up Store orders directly to the supporter, anywhere in the continental United States and Hawaii. With the exception of military bases, Double Good is currently unable to ship outside of the United States.

❓Q6:  What if someone wants to support the fundraiser, but doesn’t want popcorn?
🅰️A6:  Supporters can purchase popcorn to be sent to youth healthcare workers and educators around the country, 50% will still be donated to support the fundraiser.  Supporters can also send popcorn to others as a gift.

❓Q7:  What size are the bags and how much do they cost?
🅰️A7:  Weight of the bags varies by flavor—each contains about 5 cups of popcorn. Price varies from $11-14 per bag. The price-per-bag is lower for multiples:  a Curated Collection multi-pack or one flavor in a 3-pack or 6-pack costs less than the individual prices of what’s included.

❓Q8:  How much of the proceeds goes to supporting our school?
🅰️A8:  50% of purchases (except for shipping cost) goes to supporting our school.

❓Q9:  Do you have graphics that I can use when I share my link?
🅰️A9:  Yes! You can download graphics to customize here.  Additionally when you share your link via text or email, the app adds an image for you.
