Help us raise more money by taking advantage of the programs offered by area businesses. A percentage of your purchase can be donated back to Briarmeadow but we will need your help for us to make the most out of each program.

 Kroger Community Rewards

The Kroger Community Rewards program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do every day. Kroger donates annually to participating organizations based on your percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating Kroger Community Rewards organizations.

 

 

 

Selecting the organization that you wish to support is as simple as updating the Kroger Community Rewards selection on your digital account.

  1. Sign in to your digital account.
  2. The Briarmeadow Charter School ID number is 80242 or search for your organization here. 
  3. Enter the name or NPO number of the organization you wish to support.
  4. Select the appropriate organization from the list and click “Save”.
  5. Your selected organization will also display in the Kroger Community Rewards section of your account. If you need to review or revisit your organization, you can always do so under your Account details.   

 

Box Tops for Education

Box Tops are found on hundreds of different products. You can now help us submit Box Top rewards via their Box Top app, by emailing your digital receipt, or clipping the Box Top logo and dropping it off in the PTO mailbox. Each Box Top is worth $0.10 and BCS has earned a lifetime total of over $9,000 just from BoxTops!

 

  

  1. In order to earn cash for your school, you'll need to use the Box Tops app on your mobile device. Download the app from the Apple Store or get it on Google Play.
  2. Buy Box Tops products you already know and love.
  3. Scan your receipts in the app or email digital receipts to receipts@boxtops4education.com within 14 days of purchase. For more on digital receipts, review the Box Top FAQs.
  4. Earn cash for BCS!
  5. A check is sent to the school twice a year and funds can be used towards anything BCS needs - whether that's books, technology, sports equipment, field trips, or anything in between!

 

Coca-Cola Gives

Coca-Cola Give is your new destination for donating to your community through your favorite beverages from The Coca-Cola Company. Your donation to BCS will result in a quarterly payment to be used to purchase supplies for our school’s interest such as physical education, sports, technology, and/or arts. Give more happiness with your purchases from The Coca-Cola Company!

 

  

  1. Go to Coca-Cola Gives, click on 'Donate to Your Local School' and sign up for an account. Note, schools and causes are not authorized to have individual accounts, so all donations must originate from individual Coke.com accounts.
  2. To donate, select Briarmeadow Charter School on your phone, tap SCAN NOW, and scan by taking a picture of the cap code.
    • Any Coca-Cola beverage that has a product code under its cap or printed on its paper packaging is eligible to be used for donation. Please reference this list of participating brands.

Office Depot

 

Office Depot / OfficeMax Give Back to Schools

When you shop at Office Depot / OfficeMax, you can help Briarmeadow Charter School earn credit for future school supplies! Simply make a purchase of qualifying school supplies, provide your school's ID at checkout (in store and online) and BCS will receive 5% back in credits for FREE supplies!    

 

  1. Complete your online purchase and enter your school’s ID on the Thank You Confirmation page.
  2. Shopping in store? When you check out, simply provide your school’s name or school’s ID to associate.
  3. The Briarmeadow Charter School ID number is 70098039. 

Have a receipt for a previous purchase?

  • Go to the Give Back to Schools website.
  • Scroll down to the middle of the page and look for "Enter your school ID." Enter 70098039 and click apply now.
  • A pop up will appear with instructions on how to log a receipt for an in store or online purchase. 

 

Mabels Labels

 

Mabel's Labels

You can help Briarmeadow Charter School fundraise and reduce our lost in found! Order labels for school through Mabel's Labels for everything from clothes to water bottles to shoes. They also have labels for children's safety, gifts & parties, travel, household items, holidays, and more! For every order, BCS will receive 20% back!

 

  1. Go to Mabel's Labels fundraising support site.
  2. Under 'Search for your School, Organization or Camp' start searching for Briarmeadow and you should see Briarmeadow Charter School - Parent Teacher O (Houston).
  3. Select our school and click 'Let's Get Shopping' to continue to the online store.

AmazonSmile

As of February 2023, Amazon no longer provides the AmazonSmile program for charitable donations.

 

Randalls Good Neighbor Program

As of September 2022, BCS is no longer participating in the Randalls Good Neighbor Program. If your account was linked to the BCS Good Neighbor ID (6283), you can email good.neighbor@randalls.com to change the organization tied to your account.
