Dear Prospective Bronco Supporter,

 

Briarmeadow Charter School is a high-performing, Title 1 Pre-K through 8th grade school with a diverse student population.  Briarmeadow is truly a special place and we pride ourselves in having an inclusive and nurturing campus. Strong community partnerships help us to supplement educational programming like our International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, Field Trips, and our Fine Arts Program.

 

This year our Spring fundraiser is our Bronco Fun Run. The Fun Run is an event that combines fitness, teamwork, character building, and so much more into a fun-filled week of working together to meet a goal! We are raising funds to ensure students in all grade levels can attend field trips, regardless of their means.  We want to ensure all of our students have the opportunity for in person and hands-on experiences that help connect what they are learning in the classroom to the real world.  

This is where you come in: We are in need of T-Shirt sponsors for the Fun Run! As a sponsor, your company’s logo will be printed on the back of each of the 700 t-shirts, our PTO website, as well as on a sponsor banner displayed outside of our school. The size of your printed logo will depend on the sponsorship level. Our PTO is a 501(c)3 and therefore your donation is eligible to receive a tax receipt and be tax deductible (TIN: 76-0574494). Here are the options: 

  • Stallion Level - $1000 - LARGE company logo on t-shirts, website, social media, and banner
  • Bronco Level - $750 - MEDIUM company logo on t-shirts, website, social media, and banner
  • Pony Level - $500 - SMALL company logo on t-shirts, website, social media, and banner
  • BCS Buddy Level - $250 - company name on t-shirts, website, social media, and banner


We love to partner with local businesses so that our families and those around us who see your company’s name can support you in appreciation of supporting us! To print our t-shirts in time for the Fun Run, we need to receive sponsor commitments, payments, and logos by Friday, February 28, 2025.
