Dear Prospective Bronco Supporter,

Briarmeadow Charter School is a high-performing Pre-K through 8th grade school with a diverse student population. We pride ourselves in having an inclusive, kind, and nurturing campus. Briarmeadow Charter is truly a special place. Strong community partnerships and a solid PTO that organize fundraisers throughout the year help us to accommodate the needs of the school such as fee-free field trips, extracurricular activities, leveled reading books, and new technology.

This year our goal is to fund FIELD TRIPS for our students! Field trips provide experiences that connect classroom learning to the real world. Students who go on field trips become more empathetic and tolerant. Field trips’ hands-on learning makes concepts more memorable and provides students a variety of ways to engage with content. When students return to school, the trip they took can serve as a touchpoint for an entire unit.

Our Spring fundraiser is our Bronco Fun Run. This is our 7th year to partner with Boosterthon and we couldn't be more excited! The Fun Run is an event that combines fitness, teamwork, character building, and so much more into a fun-filled week of working together to meet a goal!

That is where you come in... We need T-Shirt sponsors! If you agree to sponsor us, your company’s logo will be printed on the back of each of the 700 t-shirts as well as in a newsletter sent home to each student listing our sponsors this year. The size of your printed logo will depend on the sponsorship level. Here are the options:

• Stallion Level - $1000 - LARGE company logo on t-shirts, newsletter, website, social media, and banner
• Bronco Level - $750 - MEDIUM company logo on t-shirts, newsletter, website, social media, and banner
• Pony Level - $500 - SMALL company logo on t-shirts, newsletter, website, social media, and banner

We love to partner with local businesses so that our families and those around us who see your company’s name can support you in appreciation of supporting us!

To print our t-shirts in time for the Fun Run, we need to receive sponsor commitments, payments, and logos by Thursday, January 25, 2024. 

Sponsoring is easy! Sponsorships can be completed through the BCS Fun Run Sponsorship link under New Forms below and paid via debit or credit card through this site, or cash or check (to Briarmeadow Charter School PTO). Note that Briarmeadow PTO does not take personal checks (business checks only). The PTO is a 501(c)(3) and therefore your donation is eligible to receive a tax receipt and be tax deductible (TIN: 76-0574494).
