We need your help to raise funds for supplemental programs, much needed technology upgrades, grounds maintenance and upgrades to our aging building. This fall, we will be hosting our annual fundraising event, the BCS Fall Festival, to raise money for the 2024-2025 School Year. This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year and we need you! We are seeking corporate sponsorships to sponsor activities at the Fall Festival and help draw participants. The fundraiser will reach in excess of 500 families, providing your business an advertising opportunity. Sponsors name will appear on signage of the booth/activity sponsored, name on festival t-shirt & name and logo on a banner seen in the carpool line for the entire school year. The PTO is a 501(c)3 and therefore your donation is eligible to receive a tax receipt and be tax deductible (TIN: 76-0574494).
Sponsoring is easy! Sponsorships and donations can be completed using the following link, and T-Shirt sponsorships can be made through here. Please contact Nicole Vander Griend with any sponsorship questions at nicole.vandergriend@gmail.com. Thank you for considering making a donation to the Briarmeadow PTO: we depend on community members like you. On behalf of our students, families, school administration and teachers, we thank you.
Sincerely,
Briarmeadow Charter School PTO.
